They are all absolutely incredible and provide valuable support and training for educational settings for both staff and their pupils.
They may be small, but by golly, they ARE MIGHTY!
Grow Your Mindset would like to thank them all personally for putting up with the persistent emails, the traumas of technology and frantic advertising that have led to us being able to put on this exclusive site for our ticket holders. We know you will not be disappointed by what you see.

Active Education is an online platform that provides schools with the tools to deliver the PE curriculum confidently, creating an active, healthy and happy place. Binary Plus Training
We are a training provider and can provide First Aid training to staff and pupils as well as a new Suicide First Aid course that works really well with Secondary Schools, from staff awareness through to a full school approach. A City and Guilds Level 4 accredited certificate is also available for this course (www.ncspt.org.uk). We are also a verified Super Medics® provider, where we can deliver a great fun course to Key Stage 1 and 2 children (https://super-medics.com/). All our training staff are fully qualified teachers and we look forward to working with you.
Child Exploitation Awareness
Karen Livesey is the Owner of C.A.T which aims to inform and build awareness for school staff of the vulnerabilities of children and young people by offering training workshops in relation to Child Sexual Exploitation and Safeguarding. Karen's highly interactive training, provides knowledge of prevention and identifying incidents of CSE. Her training also look at new legislation, when it arises, social media, and effective reporting and Safeguarding.
Encompass Education Support
Kevin Egan is the owner of Encompass Education Support, which comprises of a team of A clinical Psychologist and SENDCo primary school teacher. The small, but mighty team offer schools support in Child Mental Health and SEND through psychological assessment, therapy, training, consultation and supervision. Now that Mental Health is such an important factor, Kevin is determined to ensure individuals needs are being met to allow them to thrive.
Grow Your Mindset
Gemma Sanchez and Liz Cronshaw are the driving force behind Grow Your Mindset and after spending over 25 years between them in the primary classroom, they had seen the benefits not only for themselves professionally and personally but also for the children they taught, when developing an understanding of Growth Mindset.
Now, they offer a wide array of workshops and training courses for both staff and pupils in any educational setting, encouraging change, developing resilience and a love of learning, which ultimately impacts on mental health.

Mags Wilcock is the Director and owner of Nurtured Child, which advocates the work of the Nurtured Heart Approach from the USA. Mags looks at how those challenging and intense behaviours, which children can show, can be supported with the use of effective proven methods and strategies. Her work builds better relationships with teacher and child, breaks down barriers and removes the negativity that can be manifested in this situations and realigns this negative energy in a positive and more hopeful way.
Positive Teacher Company
Rachel Taylor and her small army of teachers are determined to spread positivity through their profession with the sale of their gorgeous diaries, planners, notebook and more! Gaining an ever increasing popularity for their products, Rachel works hard to ensure she gives her customers a little ray of sunshine through her positive affirmations and funky designs and as we know, all teachers LOVE stationery!!! Rachel is so busy, she hasn't had time to make a video for us, but has allowed us to share some of videos from YouTube that show off her lovely planners!
Leanne Cowburn is the owner of Purely Wellbeing. As well as business support she offers support for schools Purely Schools.
Leanne can offer a wide range of strategies to develop health and wellbeing as she understands that no two schools are the same and her work can be applied to school staff and their pupils, creating a whole culture of wellness.
Gavin Clowes is the franchise owner of Kagan UK and Director of T2TUK. Gavin and his team promote the work of Spencer Kagan and his passion for engagement in the classroom. Their work allows teachers to implement a wide range of collaborative learning strategies in their classrooms, that increase and develop social skills between classmates, reduce behaviour problems, raise engagement and increase learning. Both Gemma and Liz of Grow Your Mindset were inspired in their own teaching careers with the use of Kagan collaborative strategies and the kids love it too!
We Be Kids
Danny English and Annie Trevena set up the charity We Be Kids after the COVID-19 pandemic saw lockdown for the UK> They provide wonderful online and offline opportunities that promote wellbeing for children, using storytelling, yoga, art and nature. Their inspiration comes from the 5 ways to wellbeing and update their website regularly with wonderfully creative ideas. And at the moment, it is completely free, allowing children and their teachers access to this fantastic resource.
Literacy Solutions specialises in Dyslexia and they already work with lots of school in East Lancashire and further afield to support them with Dyslexia and other Specific Learning Needs. Sara is an experienced teacher who has worked across a range of sectors before setting up Literacy Solutions in 2013 and her experience of working in schools has continued to increase. She talks about how her work can support the wellbeing of both staff and pupils because a positive educational experience is supportive for children and families. Therefore working alongside schools to support them, also supports the wellbeing of staff because they are able to ensure that children receive the best possible support.
This isn't a sales pitch, this is just an added treat for you today. After having such a fantastic response the first time round, we thought we'd show you our Mindset & You interview with James Anderson a few weeks back as to why he feels we should develop growth orientated learners, through the development of mindset. This is a real light hearted conversation, we love James to bits and are looking forward to working with him more closely in the future.
